Jesse M. Robredo Foundation Launches MALIKHAON Digital Artwork Contest

To commemorate the 10th death anniversary of the former DILG secretary Jesse M. Robredo, his namesake foundation, the Jesse M. Robredo Foundation (JMRF), in partnership with Creatives with Leni and Novice, launched the Malikha digital artwork competition.

With the theme of “Making Heroes Out of Ordinary People”, the competition aims to showcase the values and heroism of ordinary Filipinos in nation-building.


The competition is open to all Filipino citizens 18 and above and currently residing in the Philippines. Submission of entries will run between July 18 to August 14 with the winning artists and entries to be announced on August 18 in the Jesse M. Robredo Museum, Naga City and through JMRF social media accounts.


Submitted entries will have a chance to be part of the Foundation's future publications, exhibits, and events. The grand prize winner will be awarded 10,000, with the 1st runner-up winning 8,000, the 2nd runner-up 7,000, and the 3rd runner-up 5,000.
