What you need to know about the newest and biggest art show in town

One big show by one gallery…

The biggest and newest art show is finally here! Galerie Roberto is proudly organizing The Manila’Bang Show. This event is in partnership with Artsper Europe (one of the leaders in contemporary art) and Art Moments Jakarta (premium art fair owned by international art organizers). The vernissage starts on December 8 and opens to the public from December 9 to 12, 2021 from 1:00 to 7:00 PM.

Over 170 leading contemporary artists in the Philippines and around the world (Vietnam, Japan, Spain, Germany etc.) are joining this big event. The fest takes place in a 2,000 sq. m. premium space at the heart of Muntinlupa - Festival Mall, Alabang. The fest aims to present as a new and alternative art fair where the art market in the South of Metro Manila is potent and vibrant.

Celebrated Filipino contemporary artists like Demi Padua, Julius Redillas, Jared Yokte are not to be missed in this event. Known for his gold leaf rendition of paintings with iconic gas mask wearing subjects, Anton Del Castillo is back with his solo exhibition “Reminiscence”. A private collection of masterpieces from Nune Alvarado will also be exhibited.

The fest also offers free #Arttalks facilitated by the artistic director, Alain Zedrick Camiling. #ArtTalks is a series of dialogues on contemporary art, culture, and the market with professionals and practitioners in the arts, culture, and creative industries ecosystem. The talk is divided into 4 sessions with Sandra Palomar - Quan, John Alexis Baguer, and Mayumi Hirano among many others as the guest speakers.
